As an authorized RecallChek dealer, we collect model and serial numbers of appliances and HVAC systems during our home inspections. We submit the data to RecallChek headquarters where all manufacturers and model numbers are computer matched against MILLIONS of recalls. In the event of a potential recall, RecallChek issues a report including:
The nature of the recall Where the product was sold
How to remedy the defect
How to get the item repaired or replaced in most cases—FREE!
Your RecallChek Report will be emailed to you within 48 hours.
This report is separate from the home inspection, and conducted by RWS Inspector Services Group. The report is completely optional, and sent directly to YOU from RWS. If the inspector cannot find an appliance’s model number, the home owner has the option to send the information to RecallChek® directly.
