Very flexible and reasonable fee
Prior to selling a rental property I was seeking a home inspection to provide myself and potential buyers with details on the condition of the home and to verify my responsibility to complete the sellers disclosure requirements were complete. Tom is knowledgeable, friendly, low pressure, quick to respond to every inquiry, and professional in every respect. Following the inspection, he quickly provided a thorough and detailed written report, including a verbal explanation, at a very competitive & affordable price. He was very flexible in scheduling a mutually convenient inspection time to meet everyone's (myself, Tom & the home's tenant) personal calendar.
